NAFFCO, a global leader in fire protection and safety equipment, is urgently hiring skilled tradespeople for its Fire Trucks Division in Dubai. We are conducting a client interview drive in Trichy on 21st November 2025 (Friday).

Welder (SS/Aluminium) (1400 – 1800 AED)

Auto Electrician (1400 – 1800 AED)

PP Technician (1400 – 1800 AED)

Hydraulic Technician (1400 – 1800 AED)

Bending Machine Operator (1500 – 1900 AED)

Forklift Operator (1400 – 1800 AED)

GRP Technician / Laminator (1400 – 1800 AED)

Polisher (1400 – 1800 AED)

Piping Technician (1400 – 1800 AED)

Spray Painter (1400 – 1800 AED)

Key Responsibilities (Varies by Role):
-
Read and interpret engineering drawings, auto electrical diagrams, and assembly instructions.

Perform fabrication, welding (MIG/TIG), assembly, and installation of fire truck components.

Operate and maintain specialized machinery like bending, shearing, and hydraulic systems.

Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards of production.

For Senior Roles: Coordinate production planning, supervise teams, and liaise with engineers.
Desired Candidate Profile
-
Education: ITI Certification in the relevant trade is mandatory for most positions.

Experience: Minimum of 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in a relevant manufacturing or automotive industry.

Specific Skills:
-
Welders must have 3G/6G certification.

Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.

Forklift Operators must possess a valid UAE driving license.

Production Coordinator should have a B.Tech degree and knowledge of production planning.

Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
