- Our team reviews the registration status of each recruitment agency before granting them access to post job vacancies on the platform.
User Responsibility
GulfJobList.in verifies the government registration status of recruitment agencies that post on the platform, but does not independently verify the details of every individual job posting. The accuracy, terms, and authenticity of each job listing remain the responsibility of the recruitment agency that posted it. Users are responsible for conducting their own research before applying for any job.
Guidelines for Job Seekers
- Research Before Applying: Carefully review the job description, terms, and conditions. Verify the agency and the hiring company independently through official websites and trusted sources.
- Verify the Agency: Before sharing personal details, confirm the agency's registration status on the official Ministry of External Affairs eMigrate portal.
- Avoid Advance Payments: Do not pay any fees upfront for job applications. As per Indian government rules, recruitment service charges, if applicable, should only be paid after receiving a confirmed visa and travel documents.
- Personal Responsibility: Any decision to apply for a job or engage with an agency is taken at the user's own discretion and risk.
No Liability
Neither GulfJobList.in nor Afzain Digital Connect is responsible for any disputes, financial losses, or employment-related issues that may arise between job seekers, recruitment agencies, or hiring companies. This includes but is not limited to:
- Inaccurate or misleading information in job postings.
- Misrepresentation of job roles, salaries, or working conditions by agencies or employers.
- Any financial loss resulting from claims made by agencies or hiring companies.
- Changes in job terms after the recruitment process has begun.
GulfJobList.in serves as a neutral information platform and does not endorse or guarantee the conduct of any recruitment agency, hiring company, or job seeker listed or active on the platform.
Our Commitment
We are committed to maintaining a transparent information platform by reviewing the government registration status of recruitment agencies before granting them posting access. However, the final responsibility for verifying job details and making employment decisions lies with the user.

Our team will review the report and take appropriate action within our capacity, which may include removing the listing or restricting the agency's access to the platform.
