- MEP Engineer – 3 positions (USD 1500-2000)
- Estimation/Billing Engineer (BOQ) – 2 positions (USD 1200)
- Civil Site Engineer – 6 positions (USD 900-1100)
- Accountant – 2 positions (USD 800-1000)
- Electrician – 2 positions (USD 600)
- Plumber – 8 positions (USD 500-600)
- Tiles Mason – 10 positions (USD 500-600)
- Block Plaster Mason – 15 positions (USD 400-500)
- Wall Painter – 5 positions (USD 400-500)
- Shuttering Carpenter – 15 positions (USD 400-500)
- Steel Fixer – 3 positions (USD 400-500)
- Storekeeper – 8 positions (USD 400-500)
- ARC Welder (Fire Pipe Line Experience) – 1 position (USD 400-500)
- Welder cum Fabricator (Gate Grill Works Experience) – 5 positions (USD 400-500)
- Water Proofing Technician – 2 positions (USD 500)
- Diesel Mechanic – 2 positions (USD 500)
- Cook (Veg/Non-Veg) – 6 positions (USD 500)
