Gulf Job List Terms of Service

1.Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing job listings, or otherwise using GulfJobList.in, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2.About the Platform

GulfJobList.in is an online information platform that lists overseas job vacancies posted by recruitment agencies registered with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India. We are an information platform only and are not a recruitment agency; we do not hire, recruit, or process employment ourselves.

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform and to apply for overseas employment. By using GulfJobList.in, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is true and accurate.

4.Job Seeker Accounts

Job seekers can browse vacancies, create a profile, and contact recruitment agencies free of charge. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information in your profile. You may hide your profile from the public directory or delete your account at any time through your account settings.

5.Recruitment Agency Accounts

Only recruitment agencies registered with the MEA can post jobs. Self-registration is not available; agencies must request an account, and our team reviews each agency’s registration status before granting posting access. Agencies are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of the listings and information they post.

6.Wallet and Paid Services

Using the platform is free for job seekers. Recruitment agencies may purchase paid services such as job postings, featured or promoted listings, daily PDF listings, and social media promotions.

• Agencies add a balance (wallet recharge) to their account, which is used to pay for these services at the applicable rates.
• The recharged wallet balance does not expire.
• Wallet recharges are for using services on GulfJobList.in only. They are non-transferable, cannot be moved to another account, and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as described in our Refund Policy.
• All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider; we do not collect or store your card or bank details.
• All fees are as displayed at the time of recharge. Any taxes that may apply will be charged in accordance with applicable law.

7.Acceptable Use

When using the platform, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal job listings or information.
• Misuse the platform to harass, defraud, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or our systems.
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or these terms.

8.Content, Comments and Reviews

You are responsible for any content, comments, or reviews you post. We may remove content that is abusive, false, misleading, or that violates these terms, without prior notice.

9.No Guarantee and Limitation of Liability

GulfJobList.in is provided on an “as is” basis. We review the registration status of recruitment agencies but do not independently verify every job posting and do not guarantee employment, the accuracy of any listing, or the conduct of any agency, employer, or user. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform or from dealings between job seekers and agencies. 10.Third-Party Links

The platform may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

11.Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, posts fraudulent or misleading content, or misuses the platform, at our discretion and without prior notice.

12.Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms of service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page along with the updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of GulfJobList.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Deoria, Uttar Pradesh.
