POSITION

Delivery Drivers (Motorcycle)

Age : Not exceeding 33 years

Skills : Skilled and professional driver

Language : Fluency in English

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Basic Salary:
120 KD (including overtime)

Food Allowance:
15 KD

Working Hours:

• 12 hours per day

• (8 hours base + 4 hours overtime)

Days Off:

• Two days off per month

GOALS AND REWARDS SYSTEM

• Minimum requirement:

  • 450 deliveries per month

• Incentive Bonus:

  • Drivers receive 400 fils for each additional delivery exceeding the monthly target.

IF THE TARGET IS NOT ACHIEVED

There will be a deduction from the salary of 500 fils for the remaining order.

DRIVING LICENSE

If the candidate passes the driving license test on the first attempt, there will be no deduction.

If the candidate fails, the amount will be deducted from the salary.

CONTRACT

Vacation: After every 02 Years
