BOAT & MARINE EQUIPMENT SALES EXECUTIVE

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Candidates from coastal areas are preferred because of their familiarity with boats, marine activities, customers, and the working environment required for this position.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Candidates with Basic or Limited Experience

Salary: KWD 250 – 300

Company-provided accommodation.
Daily meals provided.

Candidates with Extensive Experience

Salary: KWD 350 – 450

Applicants with strong experience in boat sales, marine equipment, boat manufacturing, or a related marine industry may receive a salary of:

SALES COMMISSION

In addition to the basic salary, the successful candidate will be eligible for a sales commission on every boat sold. The commission structure will be determined based on the candidate’s sales performance, experience, and contribution to the company’s growth.
