Dubai Facility Management Jobs are now open for skilled technicians and supervisors ready to join a reputed FM company in the UAE.
IOC Services, an MEA-approved overseas recruitment consultant, will conduct a direct client interview on 29th November 2025 at their Mumbai office.
Large numbers of candidates are required under block visa ready category, offering immediate departure for suitable applicants.

The employer provides attractive salary packages along with accommodation, fixed overtime and additional benefits.
Candidates with strong experience in maintenance of buildings, commercial facilities and MEP systems will be preferred.

MEP Supervisor (GCC Experience)	Mandatory GCC exposure
MEP Supervisor (With UAE DL)	Valid UAE driving license required

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of Indian experience in maintenance
GCC experience preferred for all positions
Facility management or building maintenance background strongly valued
Must be ready for immediate departure after selection
