We Are Hiring: Factory Manager for Dubai
Aryaa International is looking for an experienced Factory Manager for a major opportunity in Dubai. Online interviews and shortlisting are currently in progress.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing.
Strong leadership experience in managing large-scale manufacturing teams of 150 or more employees.
Ability to monitor and control gold, diamond, gemstone, and material losses through effective production planning and process control.
Graduate, Post Graduate, Diploma, Civil Engineering, or any relevant stream.
Additional certification in Production Management or Jewellery Manufacturing is an advantage.
