Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in offshore oil and gas, water treatment, or seawater pumping operations. Hands-on experience with centrifugal, booster, and high-pressure pumps. Experience in pump commissioning, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with ADNOC offshore work practices, Permit to Work (PTW), and HSE requirements. Previous experience leading operational teams is preferred. Valid offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET/TBOSIET, H2S, ADNOC WMS) are an advantage.
