URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR ECOVERT GROUP IMAR IN QATAR

• BMS Operator – 40 Nos.

• Strong knowledge of BMS system especially in Honeywell (Alerton and trend), Johnson control (Metasys).
• Experience in building facilities related to HVAC, Pumps, Fire Alarm integrations.

• Diploma or ITI certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in BMS software, troubleshoot alarms, errors, and sensor faults.

Key Responsibilities:

1. BMS Operation & Monitoring

• Monitor and operate building systems through the BMS workstation/interface, including HVAC, lighting, electrical, and other connected systems.
• Monitor system parameters, equipment status, alarms, and notifications.
• Ensure all connected systems are operating within the required parameters.
• Make necessary adjustments to system settings in accordance with approved operating procedures.

2. Alarm & Fault Monitoring

• Respond promptly to BMS alarms, alerts, and system notifications.
• Identify the source and priority of alarms and take appropriate initial action.
• Escalate equipment faults and technical issues to the relevant maintenance team.
• Maintain proper records of alarms, incidents, and corrective actions.

3. System Performance & Energy Monitoring

• Monitor HVAC and other building systems to support energy-efficient operation including Pumps and Fire Alarm Integrations
• Observe temperature, pressure, humidity, and other relevant parameters.
• Identify abnormal operating conditions and report them to the supervisor or maintenance team.
• Assist in optimizing system performance while maintaining occupant comfort.

4. Daily Operations & Reporting

• Conduct routine checks of BMS screens, graphics, trends, and equipment status.
• Prepare daily operational reports, log sheets, and shift handover reports.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment conditions, alarms, and system abnormalities.
• Ensure proper communication and handover between shifts.

5. Coordination & Technical Support

• Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and maintenance teams for the resolution of BMS-related issues.
• Support maintenance technicians by providing BMS information, alarm history, trends, and equipment status.
• Coordinate with vendors or specialist contractors when required.
• Follow all site safety procedures and operational guidelines.

6. General Responsibilities

• Ensure the BMS control room/workstation is kept clean, organized, and operational.
• Follow approved SOPs, emergency procedures, and site regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of BMS systems and operational information.
• Perform other BMS-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Salary: 1600 QR
